CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We kindly request that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation.” Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”. No-shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment. To avoid incurring a cancellation charge on your card, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment (online or by phone) more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Please also note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will be unable to offer you service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. As with No-shows, such cases will be subject to a fee of 100% of the cost for the scheduled appointment.

HIRO + MARI
Hiro+Mari, a hair duo originally from Japan, have become one of the leading hair duos in the industry. They started their careers as hairstylists in Japan, and then later combined their skills and moved to New York in 2009. Hiro received training under hair legend Eugen Soleiman for four years, while Mari worked as first assistant to hair legend Luigi Murenu for over four years before joining the creative team. They have expanded their careers internationally and have worked with prominent names in the industry, including Yoko Ono, Hailey Bieber, CL, Dua Lipa, Gucci, Ferragamo, Alexander Wang, Nike, Google, Amazon, and more. They are currently based in New York and are the founders and creative directors of Salon 87/87 Artists Agency located in Brooklyn. Hiro+Mari have attended and worked at New York, Milan, and Paris fashion week for several years. Their work has been featured in publications such as Vogue covers, Harper’s Bazaar, Interview magazine, V magazine, W magazine, Allure, I-D, and their clients include Gucci, Ferragamo, Khatie, Coach, Alexander Wang, Google, Amazon, UNIQLO, Nike, and more.

Tsuyoshi Harada
Beginning his hair styling career in 2003 and attending Shiseido Academy Beauty & Fashion in 2009. Tsuyoshi Harada moved to New York in 2010 to work and expand his career in the fashion industry as a hairstylist. While working as a salon manager and hairstylist at Salon87, Tsuyoshi continues to freelance working with the biggest names in the industry. Such as Givenchy, Gucci, Tory Burch, Vogue, WWD, W Magazine and Interview Magazine to name a few. He also has worked in Milan, Paris and New York Fashion Week.

Yohey Nakatsuka
Yohey Nakatsuka began his freelance career as a hairstylist in New York City in 2004. During his 17 years as a freelance hairstylist he has worked on editorials with renowned names such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, V magazine, V Man, W, ELLE, Marie Claire, Schon Magazine, Dazed&Confused, Flair Magazine and New York Magazine.
Yohey has also worked and attended fashion week with Eugene Souleiman and Kamo for the past 13 years in New York, London, Milan and Paris.

Chika Nishiyama is a highly skilled and accomplished hairstylist with 18 years of experience in the beauty and fashion industry. She has collaborated with numerous high-profile names such as Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, V Magazine, InStyle, Numero, Nike, New Balance, Converse, CFGNY, and many others.Chika’s unique style and creativity have earned her many accolades, including placing first in the haircut category at the 2010 Shiseido Beauty Salon Technical Contest and again in 2012 at the Japan Hair Design Association Contest. Her exceptional skills and artistry have also been recognized by many other awards and nominations.
Currently, Chika is based in New York, where she is expanding her imaginative style and expertise as a hairstylist in the fashion industry. With her passion for innovation and her exceptional talent, Chika continues to impress and inspire her clients and peers alike.

As well as editorials for Vogue (India), i-D Italy, Harper’s Bazaar, Nylon Magazine, Elle Magazine (China, Kazakhstan Edition), Elle Girl Japan, Flaunt Magazine and more.

Megumi Takiguchi
Megumi, born and raised in Japan, began her hairstylist journey in Japan for eight years until she came to New York in June 2013. She has been working in Manhattan downtown since then. Her expertise is in natural highlights, haircuts, multiple skilled colorings, and relaxation head spa. Megumi is a winner of Japan’s National Highlight Competition and received numerous other awards. She also worked as an instructor for highlights for three years as well. At the same time, she had experience taking special cutting lessons in London. After winning the highlights competition, the company took her to Paris for training and photo shooting experience.

Born in Mie, Japan
After graduating from a vocational school in 2008, she worked at one of the best salons in Tokai for 15 years until 2022.
During that time, she participated vigorously in contests and hair shows, many of which she won.
In 2013, she won the third place bronze prize in the ‘Updo Contest’ held in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of L’Oreal Japan out of 2,200 entrants after many elimination rounds, and won the third place bronze prize in the National L’Oreal contest at the young age of 23 on a stage in front of thousands of supporters at Maihama Amphitheater.
In 2014, she participated in a solo hair show at the historic National Noh Theater as a representative of ASCH Salon, the youngest among the participants.
In 2018, she gave a solo seminar on salon work sales and on representing active female hairdressers.
She was promoted to top hair stylist and salon manager at ASCH Salon in 2019.
Utilizing her natural communication skills, she trained and provided mental care to 150 staff members.
Her commitment to connecting with people is not limited to her own salon, utilizing her wide range of community she has received offers from various fields.
She has also taught newcomer education curriculum and conducted technical seminars at other salons,
her specialty being updo technology.
She has had a large number of students at beauty schools and is an instructor of Japanese hair techniques and the most traditional Japanese hairstyles (NIhongami) which is considered to be the most difficult technique for hairdressers.
It is no exaggeration to say that she has created the most coming of age ceremony traditional hairstyles in Nagoya.
In the 2020 NHDK Photo Contest she was the grand prize winner.

Mai Sakamoto
Mai Sakamoto started her career as a hair stylist in Osaka, Japan in 2010. At age 23, she won 1st place in a hair contest in western Japan. At 28, she won Japan’s biggest hair contest at Nippon Budokan—held in front of more than 10,000 spectators. Mai won the grand prix in 2017 and the bronze medal in 2018. She has since been voted one of Japan’s top 50 hair stylists and her unique style has been featured in industry magazines. She also appeared backstage at Paris Fashion Week in 2017 and 2018. She has held numerous hair seminars and was the manager of her salon for many years. With her exceptional skill and her artistry, she is now active in New York.

My salon also won the same award. I have experience in the UK and have won numerous awards in various contests. I’ve handled haircuts and coloring for celebrities, models, and other high-profile clients. Additionally, I support other salons as an instructor and am involved in launching and managing hair salons.
